Waiter Assistance

Waiter assistance might be a query in your mind as and when we claim iViewMenu to be automating all manual practices. However, as understood food-in-the-plate and certain facilities can’t be automated, their presentation can be. iViewMenu tries to reduce human effort to a great deal by placing functionality of calling for waiter assistance by simple pressing “Call Service” button and selecting items (spoons/fork/finger bowl/ waiter service) specific to guests’ requirement.

Waiters/attendants can be connected with their individual handheld devices and receive the signal/ message for item to be ordered, bill request and all the other requests. This device will be well integrated with background POS and iViewMenu, and alerts attendant/waiter for the forthcoming requirements.
This feature reduces waiting time at guest’s end for the articles or bill requested, also reduces response time from KOT as soon as the order is ready to be placed at the table.
